Blue Stocking, Rebelde 2018
Rebelde means "rebel" in Spanish. This wine is a field blend of the estate's white wine vines that have refused their red wine grafts over the years. Sometimes, a vine just won't be converted! There are several varieties in this blend painstakingly located and hand harvested including Muscat, Semillon, Reisling, Flora and French Colombard.
Taste notes: Coconut, dried pineapple, honeydew, pear, honeysuckle. Vibrant and sweet with good acidity and a lingering finish.
