White Pinot Noir 2021
This creation of White Pinot Noir is a rare gem. With a curious beginning of a red grape making a white wine, you absolutely will not find anything like this. These grapes were harvested early, then pressed to remove the juice from the skins, and fermented slowly and steadily in a stainless-steel tank. This helped to preserve all of the delicate aromas. This style of wine shows the flexibility and creativity in winemaking, to go beyond the “norm”. This mindset has produced one of our most beloved whites, and our customers can’t get enough of it!
