White Riesling 2022
Riesling, a German variety, does exceedingly well here in El Dorado AVA. With our diurnal temperature shifts (hotter days and cooler nights, thanks to our elevation), this variety is able to retain its sharp acidity while developing beautiful tropical notes like pineapple! Would pair beautifully with sushi, white seafood dishes, along with other Indian and Asian dishes. Typically served best very chilled, at “Fridge Temp”, 43 ⁰F.
