White Riesling 2020
This Riesling comes from the Peek vineyards at 2,800 feet elevation and the Walker vineyards at 2,000 feet elevation. Fruit was whole-cluster pressed to maximize the best flavor and aroma compounds in the grapes. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve character and aromatics. The end result is a crisp, pleasing wine with a nice balance of richness, freshness and minerality on the palate.
